Although I am a slender person, my outer thighs were horrendously large. Dr. NIr performed a miracle and now the thighs are in proportion to the rest of my body. I am sooo pleased with the result and his efficient, caring staff. Dr. Nir has a friendly, relaxed demeanor and is a highly experienced and talented surgeon.The first week after surgery was very uncomfortable, but the worst part for me was the tight "girdle" (compression garment) that I had to wear for 5 1/2 weeks. But, It was all well worth the effort. I highly recommend him!
